I am a Greenville, SC native who enjoys decorative painting as an occupation. I graduated from Wofford College with a BA in Art History. I went on to complete the City and Guild of London's decorative restoration program located in Asheville, NC. I specialize in "Faux Bois" which is the art of wood graining any painted surface to imitate specific varieties of real wood. I also have experience painting faux marble, stone, and distressed plaster, as well as working with traditional glaze techniques. I enjoy creating a new finish by drawing inspiration from an existing object or painted surface. Most of what i have painted was created from an idea or object that the client wanted to use in the room. Thinking outside the box is my speciality. I enjoy working with a client or designer to achieve the exact idea they have in their mind. Paint is the perfect medium for limitless creation.
